The classes of 2000/2001 brought their A-game to the 2024 Alumni Basketball tournament, edging the class of 2014 to secure their first championship. Congrats and special thanks to all who participated this year. We love seeing the camaraderie AND competion, and can't wait to see everyone back next year. If you missed it, consider playing next year—the event is for alums and friends of Prep. No prior basketball experience required!
The 2023 return of the Alumni Basketball tournament showed that Bullpups still got game! Despite a four-year hiatus of the event, we were excited to welcome back teams and alumni for a great weekend. And for the first time, the tournament featured an all-women’s game—it was a big hit. Thanks to all who participated and helped to make it such a great time!
"The Gonzaga Prep Alumni Basketball Tournament is a very special weekend! Not only are you guaranteed three games, but you get to share laughs and memories with Bullpups that were by your side in high school. This weekend is another reminder of how wonderful the Gonzaga Prep community is and a second chance to bond with different people, classes and meet significant others. You never know the new stories that will be told in the student center or buzzer beaters witnessed in the gym."
– Max Manix, Class of 2007
