The mission of the Gonzaga Prep Softball Program is to form student-athletes who pursue excellence on the field and in life, inspired by the Ignatian tradition of faith, reflection, and service.

The Gonzaga Prep Softball Program emphasizes the core values of Attitude, Coachability, and Effort—qualities that reflect personal character rather than athletic skill. These values serve as guiding principles for our student-athletes both on the field and in life beyond the program. We believe that each of these traits is a matter of personal choice, and by choosing to embody them daily, our players grow into resilient, respectful, and committed individuals.
