Baccalaureate Mass 2026: Remain rooted and grounded in love

Early rain tapered off just as the Gonzaga Prep Class of 2026 processed into St. Aloysius Church to celebrate the traditional Baccalaureate Mass, surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and staff. In his homily, Fr. JK Adams urged seniors, using the words of the late Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J., "to remain rooted and grounded in love." Said senior speaker Declan Donahue, "In the face of that great unknown, I want you to run, I want you to sprint, I want you to use every fiber of your being to pursue your future. You are the light, give your love away, set your world on fire."
