POSITION SUMMARY:
Debate Teacher and Coach
Gonzaga Preparatory School seeks a .6 FTE, certified Debate Teacher and Coach (additional stipend for coaching). Applicants must be willing and able to teach within the context of Catholic Jesuit education. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education. .6 FTE Salary range: $30,284 - $61,244 and Coach stipend range: $6,130 - $8,194.

Preferred Characteristics of Applicants:
● Possesses a bachelor's or master’s degree in a related academic field or has experience as a successful debater or debate coach.
● Possesses a WA-state high school teacher certification or being readily able to achieve one.
● Has experience teaching debate courses or coaching/assistant coaching a debate team.
