- ACCOMMODATIONS PROVIDED TO ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE LRC:
- Student Accommodation Plan (SAP) - disseminated to teachers each semester
- Peer Notes
- Study location 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, M–Th; 7:30 am - 3:00 pm F
- SAT/ACT/AP Testing Accommodations Request (ONLY if student has proper documentation and has accessed the same accommodations at school for four months or more)
2. INDIVIDUALIZED ACCOMMODATIONS BASED ON FULL COGNITIVE/ACADEMIC REPORT**:

- Preferential seating
- Calculator (4 function; limited to performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square-roots, and percentages)
- Assistive technology

- Breaks, as needed
Assessments ~
- Extended time on tests - time and a half (unless otherwise noted); only if taken in the LRC
- Test in the LRC (smaller, quieter environment)
- Alternate means to demonstrate mastery (oral testing; reader; scribe; dictation)
- Calculator (4 function; limited to performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square-roots, and percentages)
- Memory Card (must have a documented memory deficit; 5x7 card provided by LRC)
- Assistive technology
- Colored paper/overlays
- Breaks, as needed
3. ADDITIONAL SERVICE PROVIDED BY REQUEST
- Homework Management: Allows students to review their current grades, reflect on their accomplishments/struggles, analyze their daily homework, prioritize and create an action plan using Google Calendar. (Weekly sessions – Contact Ms. Stephens to set up time)
- Psychology of Learning: Credited class offered periods 2-5; focus on strengthening Self-Advocacy and Executive Function skills (time management, organization, testing skills, etc). (Contact school counselor to register)
