At the close of the 2022 basketball season, Coach Mike Arte retired from coaching girls' basketball after 34 years. More than 200 girls have played varsity for Arte during his career, and with them, hundreds of parents, grandparents, and friends have followed the Bullpups from gym to gym. Many of us left Prep with long-lasting friendships and fond memories. To honor Coach Arte’s impressive career, we will present him with a banner in the Scarpelli Gymnasium, recognizing the 200+ female athletes he coached during his tenure.
