You are responsible for tracking and recording your 
own hours; if you need assistance or resources, contact 
the Service & Justice office

STEP 3     Complete your Post-Service Reflection

STEP 4      Send Evaluation Link to Site Supervisor             [PDF version]

STEP 5      Wait for Approval
