Fathers and father figures joined students in Scarpelli Gym on Thursday for the traditional St. Joseph’s Mass. In his homily, Fr. Pat Couture, S.J., emphasized righteousness–right relationship–with those in our lives in much the same way as St. Joseph quietly demonstrated. In a reflection following Mass, Paul Manfred, Bullpup dad and administrator, led with well-placed dad jokes, but more importantly, leaned into humility as a core value in parenting.
