hello members of the Gonzaga Prep regarding the challenges of the coronavirus endemic areas of the Jesuits in the prayers of all of our staff for you and your loved ones during this difficult time Instagram operation from the relay the life of the community is our students we are grieving the temporary closure of our facility especially celebrating traditional end-of-year festivities of May actually graduate Sarah Smiles. I appreciate that these celebrations are as meaningful parents and families as they are First on August 1st please know this last month of instruction you are focused on a strong finish our faculty and staff are focused on celebrating each and every step of your stay tuned for more details in a few surprises if I reflect on the last week's and filled with gratitude for the inspiring almost every day I hear a new story about r a what's serving on the front lines of our Healthcare System living the example of erosion deepest appreciation for pressed on Frontline work faculty and staff I also offer thanks to our Stan who's behind the scenes work makes our educational Mission pain I want to take our benefactors who support is making it possible for the school to increase our financial assistance the school has actively pursued additional Federal funding through the stimulus act and together these sources of support will help to make sure that a parent will never limit our ability to serve Saint Ignatius hottest that everything including lights the generous sacrifices of our community reassure me of God's love in our mist immediate focus is on finishing this year strong and preparing to return school next. recent announcements from Governor Inslee give us confidence that we will return to in-person instruction this fall we will be ready and we will be ready to go distancing measures to protect health and safety of our community together we are learning important lessons the college I'm similarly convinced with you and your loved ones
