Having earned two graduate degrees—an M.A. in Theology from Gonzaga University and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Eastern Washington University—and Mental Health Counselor Licensure in the State of Washington, Dennis Kukuk has served the Gonzaga Prep community as a teacher and counselor for over 37 years and, formerly, has served the Spokane community as a mental health counselor. As an instructor, Dennis teaches AP Psychology for both Gonzaga Prep and for the Jesuit Virtual Learning Academy, where he teaches students from across the United States and Puerto Rico. Further, Dennis is an instructor for the University of Washington where he teaches Psychology 101 for the University of Washington in the High School program. As a member of Prep’s Counseling Department, Dennis has years of experience in personal, academic, and college counseling. In addition, he has been involved in Gonzaga University’s Counselor Education program as a field supervisor for many counseling interns seeking school and mental health certification.
