hi Titi O'Brien admission director at Gonzaga Prep here and I have been so privileged to meet so many of our incoming students and families but now I'm here to tell you a little bit about a person orientation we are thrilled to be able to offer that orientation next Tuesday August 25th and Wednesday August 26th in order to make the event go really smoothly so I just wanted to help you understand what to expect for those orientation days so you can start window at 15 minutes were willing to make sure that you're showing up with when you check in I will have directions for you you're going to check in with your orientation group you're confusing play suspended 2 hours on campus from the point of your start time at and then we'll be in the same parking lot that you're dropped off and all this information is also going to be emailed to you so you have it all with you how is your really prepared for this orientation the guidelines that we send and to sign the orientation waiver mission to attend orientation and no students will be able attend orientation without this waiver so we're going to send it ahead of time if you want to print and sign a waiver there but we just need one on file students to attend orientation we also ask that you bring a mask all day for orientation just in case you forget don't start that start time that week so that we can make sure to maintain a schedule for all the students coming through this year and a lot of anxiety in a lot of excitement games with starting to school earlier and so we're doing everything that we can to make sure that you feel really welcome this and that you're excited for this new Journey because you are audible test now and we in this together so we really look forward to seeing you next Tuesday and Wednesday for orientation keep an eye on your email for your start times and as with everything this year if you're not comfortable coming to camp and we will have an online offering so thanks so much I will see you soon
