After your student schedules their registration appointment with an academic advisor, the Treasurer's Office will contact you for your next steps regarding tuition and Fair Share tuition assistance applications.
Families who have applied for Fair Share Tuition assistance by completing a FACTS application will be invited to schedule a phone or Zoom meeting appointment to review your Fair Share tuition award. (Please note this meeting is in addition to your student's academic advising meeting).
Families who have not completed a FACTS application for Fair Share tuition assistance will be contacted to complete the tuition contract, payment authorization form, and deposit electronically.
Recognizing the personal and financial uncertainty many families are currently facing, Gonzaga Prep has made some adjustments to our registration terms:
- Families who complete their registration and tuition contracts by June 1, 2020 will have their tuition deposit reduced by half, or a 5% tuition deposit of the tuition commitment.
- The 5% tuition deposit will be refundable for families with students who do not ultimately enroll at Gonzaga Prep next fall.
After June 1, 2020, we will return to our normal registration terms of a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Please rest assured that if your financial circumstances change this summer, you may still request additional Fair Share tuition assistance.
