To teach the fundamentals of lacrosse and promote the love and spirit of the game in our players. This allows for not only growth within each individual player, but also the game itself. These basics are grounded in our philosophy of lacrosse; play with energy, excitement, intensity, passion, and smarts.

WE SET THE FOLLOWING GOALS AS COACHES:

• To support and contribute to the goals of [our players’] education.
• To promote high standards and involvements in school athletics.
• To develop good sportsmanship, fair play, discipline, and leadership.
• To develop physical excellence and understanding of the value of competition in our society.
