Grade level representatives

Want to support Gonzaga Prep in a meaningful way that goes beyond giving? Consider serving in a fun, flexible volunteer role that lets you connect with other parents and make a real impact by becoming a Grade Level Rep!

Working in partnership with the Advancement Office, Grade Level Reps foster a spirit of philanthropy and community while promoting giving opportunities among families in their student’s class year (Freshman–Senior). Serving as a Grade Level Rep will satisfy your 20 hours of volunteer service for the academic year. Plus, it’s a great way to meet other parents in all grade levels.

AS A GRADE-LEVEL REP, YOU'LL:
  • Serve as a liaison between the Advancement Office and class families, providing updates, reminders, and encouragement related to giving. Promote the Annual Fund and other giving opportunities through personal outreach via email, mail, phone calls, or in-person conversations, particularly during key fundraising period (September – December)
  • Collaborate with fellow reps and attend occasional meetings/training sessions hosted by the Advancement Office (these are generally very fun and social!)
  • Share periodic updates on your class’s progress toward 100% parent participation
  • Assist in thanking donors with personal notes or messages as needed.
  • Share ideas and feedback with the Advancement Team

This role is flexible, rewarding, and can be shared with your spouse or fellow parents/guardians in the grade. Ideally, we’ll have 4 – 8 per grade level—many hands make light work!
