Buying Textbooks
The virtual bookstore will open June 15th. Wait for your schedules before ordering.
Check your schedule online and order the required textbooks.
Option #1: Buy Online
Hold the pointer over Academics and then hold the pointer over textbooks. Click on
virtual bookstore . Click on Order my books, click on continue, and then select the school term. Click continue and then using your schedule, highlight your courses for next year to view the required texts.
Option #2: Use the Book Exchange
After viewing the required books by going to our virtual bookstore, hold the pointer over academics, then over textbooks, and then click on
book exchange . Buy many of your required books at discounted prices from other prep families. Be careful! Prep is not responsible if you purchase the wrong text!

Selling Your Textbooks
With the end of the year fast approaching it’s time to start thinking about textbooks. Here are your options for selling your books:
Option #1: Sell your books back to MBS.
A. If you bought your books through MBS, they will contact you with a quote for the books still being used next year. MBS offers a loyalty reward program for purchasing and selling through them and shipping to MBS is free.
B. If they didn’t contact you or you bought your books elsewhere, you can still get a free bid through our virtual bookstore. Hold the pointer over Academics and then hold the pointer over textbooks. Click on virtual bookstore . Click on Sell my books, enter your username and password (meaning you have previously purchased from MBS), and type in the ISBN’s. If you have not purchased through MBS you will not be able to sell your books back to MBS.
C. If you do not have internet access, call MBS at 1-800-325-3252 to speak with a customer representative.
Option #2: Use the Book Exchange
Hold the pointer over academics, then over textbooks, and then click on book exchange . Post the books you have, the sell prices, and a contact number in order to sell the books to other prep families.
