my parents both went here that's actually met for my immediate family there's seven of us that have gone here and my younger sibling will be here next year have football games and basketball games of the older siblings and just being part of the community already I knew this where I wanted to go my parents hope is that all seven of their kids can experience the amazing school that is Gonzaga Prep I would definitely try and help my younger siblings to get here because it's so amazing and I don't want him to go anywhere else was probably 3 years old I would drive down Hamilton and see guns at University and just seen as a pinnacle of success I would see all these constant turn around I need that I had to go there I had to be successful so I thought I'd Gonzaga Prep would be a great stepping stone into that once I received my acceptance letter I would drive by play on the bus looking at prep everyday in realizing hey I might actually go here my mother had to come in and have this play to discuss the situation I remember she came out and see how this bewildered look on her face said Olivia you can come here what's on my place here with my lacrosse team with the orchestra with lime Club on Mass  I've never lower part of something I was homeschooled through my 9th grade year we knew Gonzaga Prep was an expensive school private school so we didn't know if play a good option or not when we talked with the finance counselors and the college cancellation they explain to his fair share how it work and we realize is like a college financial aid process where it is need based by came to Gonzaga Prep and I've studied under mr. Flanagan who has helped to go on to be a finalist in the National Olympiad competition for chemistry without his help without the support of the people at prep it would not be time in cross country and track I'm also a ASP member on mascot and the vice president of spirit I have found my place drama and all the clubs I am involved in I have been able to make tons and tons of friends and find more things that I love that didn't know I would love to have the opportunity try anything I want here and no one stops Me and Everyone really just encourages me to do that my plan after high school is to go to college and study music I hope to join a touring Broadway group that will hopefully come Spokane so I can see my family and after that I hope to be a Drama teacher and I might even teach here I honestly never thought I would be able to come to prep because I thought it was just way out of my league out of my entire family no one has been given such great opportunity and what's been honestly really big motivator my grades is I can't afford to do anything but my best hundred all the time but I want to do otherwise I want you going to college major in Psychology and then going to medical school my family has is a long history of mental illness and so I would like to become a psychiatrist and with that I would like to donate my time to organizations like what charities I would really desire to go to Yale University my undergraduate would be in chemistry but I'd be taking and classes in Divinity and political that's my ultimate goal would be a chaplain of the senate or house getting courage people serve them being influence pain involved in the politics has made me realize the past SEPTA to the people who are giving back and if me and my peers aren't the people doing it who's going to help the people who are coming to prep in the future play to those who've given to make this prep experience possible thank you so much it is amazing how willing the people are how far to help you and assist you that's where the true value of crap is is in the relationships that you built while you're here you know it it takes a match to start a fire and I would say that your gift your contribution has started that Amy is giving me inspiration to go and try to apply to a Columbia engineering scholarship it is inspired me to do things that may seem difficult but is inspired me to at least try play forward to pay for all of their seven kids to go here knowing the experiences that I have now will not be possible without the money that people have given freely it warms my heart to know the are that caring and generous that I can do all these things cuz I know if I were in a different place I would not feel as free and happy as I am now to me it means that I'm able to take all the classes I don't want no matter the extra cost to come here on the near South of an intern to sensually and that's unheard of that regardless of my situation they wanted the best for me they believed in me to those who paid for my education and showed that they truly believe in me thank you
