Sophomore Solvere and Montserrat Retreats

Solvere Retreat for Sophomore Girls & Montserrat Sophomore Boys Retreat
Friday, April 13th, 2018

In their sophomore year, female and male students attend separate, single day retreats on Friday April 13th, 2018.

Solvere Sophomore Girl's Retreat:

The Solvere retreat is focused on “untying” the restrictions that keep us from realizing ourselves as creatures of God. Seniors  lead their Sophomore classmates through low and high ropes course challenges, (weather permitting) small group activities and large group prayer and reflection. Lunch and a snack are provided on the retreat. You can donate food for the retreat here. Wear comfortable, warm clothing and sturdy shoes. We will be outside.

Montserrat Sophomore Boy's Retreat

The Montserrat retreat follow's Ignatius' experience of laying down his weapons of self-defense in order to wear the armor of God. Seniors lead their Sophomore classmates in small group reflections and activities while chaperones will present large group reflection topics on living in faith as a male student at Prep as well as in the world.

Volunteer contributions are the basis of the meals and snacks for the Sophomore Boy's retreat. You can sign up to contribute here.

Permission Slips:

These will be made available a month prior to the retreat date.

Permission slips should be filled out in full and returned to Mrs. Mudd in  Campus Ministry (in the Counseling Center wing).
