Community is the most important thing about this place. I've just found that Prep is a place where I can grow as a person. It's definitely that sense of belonging you know. No matter where you come from, who you are or where you've been. Like finding out yourself not finding out who other people want you to be but finding yourself and I've been able to really find myself here. I found that walking the halls that my brothers and sisters walked and seeing my kids walk those same halls and then course seeing my dad's pictures. They were different halls but the same school. Here your relationships with one another and the way that you treat people are what matters and I think that I feel firmly that I got that at Gonzaga Prep. I just like the atmosphere around here. I really like that like when you just walk by you get a friendly smile or a friendly wave and that's just something you don't see everyday. Coming to prep I could feel the community. It's fabulous saying that's what Prep has. That support for our kids, parents families and friends. It changed my life being here and if I didn't have that support I wouldn't have had that opportunity. To me it was mostly you felt liked you belonged to the family and I don't know if they tried to do that or if that's just the way it was but that's what it meant to me and it staid that way for most of my life. Anybody that went there I considered quote family and I still do in a way. Become friends for life or you know, you go in the college and so it's Community last forever here at Prep. They really try to instill in the students as being people for others and they start the moment you walk in the door in fact they start before you even come here. For those that desire this education that's what our mission is about. You hear pretty much everyday at Prep "To go forth and set the world on fire" I truly believe that people are doing that. Prep helps you find what you here to do on this earth and to help you extend your horizons beyond what you think is possible. Because at the end of the day that's the true happiness is when you're helping out somebody and thinking about somebody other than yourself.  Support is something that we both give and receive at the same time and I love the fact that when it's true and when it's real and it's of the Holy Spirit you can't tell if you're giving or receiving. It's about changing the world about changing others it's about inspiring others about really making a difference.  Just like you our family has found prep to be a community for others. Please join us in continuing this great legacy by donating generously. Our family is all in. Prep needs you to be all in too. Well I'm all in You Can Count Me in all of this. I'm definitely all in.
