General Information

Forms:
-Physicals: current medical physicals must be ON FILE in the MAIN OFFICE. Individual coaches do not hold onto these.
-ALL PARENT participation forms should be signed through the PARENT SKYWARD ACCOUNT
-ALL Athletes need to have a current Transportation Form signed and handed into their HEAD COACH before they can drive or ride with a friend to the meets.

All athletes will be released at TBD to ride the bus or drive to the meet. (drivers must have turned in a Transportation Form to their head coach)
 
Daily practice: 2:45-5:00pm with the exception of Jamborees, JV, and Varsity meets(see schedule)
Spring Break Practice: in general, we will do 3 practices in a row, exact practice times TBD. Athletes should also check in with their event coaches
Easter Monday: as always, we will have practice at 2:45pm at Prep in order to prepare for our first GSL meet that week.
 
Saturday practices: athletes should check in with their respective event coaches
 
At the Varsity level, the Head Coach and Event Coaches will decide the 4 athletes in each of the 17 events to compete.
All other athletes will have the opportunity to compete at Jamborees, some Invites, and the scheduled JV meets.
 
An athlete can compete in up to 4 events per meet with a total of 10 meets in the regular season. No more than 2 meets per week. 
The first team to score 73 points in a dual meet wins.
Championship Meets are (First place=5pts   Second place=3pts   Third place=1pt   Relay win=5pts) scored as Invitationals.
