Monday (10/2) - 2:45-5:00 (.9 Workout at Life Center Church)
Tuesday (10/3) - 2:45-5:00 (Didier's run)
Wednesday (10/4) - 2:45-4:30
Thursday (10/5) - 2:30 - 4:30 
Friday (10/6) - No Practice - Run 30 minutes on own
Saturday (10/7) - Girls Pancake Run - Boys Highbridge Park workout

Mission Statement
While upholding our school’s mission statement, the Gonzaga Preparatory Cross Country Program strives to make each runner's experience fun, challenging, and rewarding. Additionally, family, academics, and sportsmanship are strongly emphasized. Ultimately, our program is designed to enhance the Gonzaga Preparatory School experience.

Information
We compete in one of the top high school cross country leagues in the nation. In the past thirty years the Greater Spokane League has consistently had a team or two ranked in the top ten in the nation. We focus on creating men and women with integrity.
